| Keep an Open Mind

All of the things we wrote about are important and needed but above them all comes the need for you to be open-minded to your customers.
Read your customers' emails and listen to their ideas, make sure to check your log and learn what your customers prefer and what they like less.
This is a great way to get new ideas that will be extremely helpful, and even if you don't you will have loyal customers that will return because you listened.
